I am retired and take Kurk for high levels of inflammation and general aches and pains. It is an excellent product and if for any reason I miss a few days I really notice a difference. I take my Kurk twice a day because that is what I find works for me. I usually take it in a cup of tea or a green juice. The taste is quite strong and out of the different flavors orange is the best for me.

Hi, I’ve been using Kurk for some months now. It’s amazing, I sometimes take it in the morning with a small glass of warm water first thing, I love the taste 😀 when I’m busy I take it in my first coffee, also Delish. I suffer from a type of arthritis that eats away my cartilage tissue (in secret🙄) so I’m unaware of its progress unless a flare up occurs forcing me to trouble the Doc. I am a gardener full time but Kurk has helped me on a daily basis, physically, and also mentally, keeping my mind clear. I don’t use any medication and I’m 64, and I would highly recommend Kurk, in fact I have many times to customers. I would say if you do use orthodox medicine like some of my customers you may find the results and benefit's a little slower, but that’s truly where patience pays off.

My love affair with Kurk Life began in 2024 with my purchase of a bottle of their liquid turmeric. My Kurk ‘family’ has since grown and now includes turmeric, D3+K2 spray and their effervescent sport recovery tablets.
In the interim period (I’ve said this before) I have lost over 6 stones in weight and gone from being a couch potato with painful arthritic joints to walking a minimum of 10-12,000 pain free steps per day.
I am currently in training to undertake a 26 mile charity hike on behalf of MacMillan Cancer Research in July. Last year I walked over 100 miles of the French Way on the Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.
I add my turmeric to my morning porridge, lattes, in a bedtime cup of hot or cold milk. This week (current photo) I have started mixing it into my kefir drink (most delicious it is too).
Kirk is not cheap but it is effective and if there are better products on the market I have yet to find them.

I mix vanilla kurk in my coffee tastes great,the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the droppers are becoming increasingly hard to work with arthritic hands, is there another way to dispense it?

We are really glad the vanilla is working so well in your morning routine. Squeezing that small dropper is definitely not ideal when your joints are sore.
We do not currently have a different dispenser, but I am passing your feedback straight to our product team to look into easier packaging options. For now, a method that might help is to use the pipette just one time to measure your usual amount into a small medicine cup with measuring lines. Once you see exactly where your daily dose sits in the cup, you can simply unscrew the lid and carefully pour the liquid directly from the bottle up to that line every morning. This saves you from having to pinch the rubber bulb at all.

I have suffered with lower back pain for 20 years and have tried everything; chiropractic, Pysio, acupuncture. Nothing has worked for any extended period so gave this a whirl. It works for me. I take 3ml a day and it keeps the pain at bay almost entirely.
